The Folio User Dashboard contain a number of snapshots for viewing your responsibilities, as well as the responsibilities of other users.
To access the User Dashboard, click on the Dashboards in the top menu and click on User Dashboard
Note: you will need to have been given access to the dashboard before seeing it.
The snapshots you will see are:
- My Responsibilities
- Users Responsibilities
- Responsibilities Summary
My Responsibilities
This snapshot provides a quick overview of all the items assigned to you and their statuses.
- The chart defaults to Items due in the current Quarter
- The chart defaults to show the items status as a percentage, you can change this to a direct count from the settings
- Clicking on a status will take you to a list screen of those items
- You can change the Date Range from the settings
- You can hide any Responsibilities from the chart from the settings
User Responsibilities
This snapshot provides a glance into the statuses of all items you can see in Folio.
- Each segment of the chart is a different status, clicking on a status will take you to a chart that breaks down all the items that have that status. Each item is additionally broken down by the Business Unit of the user responsible for the assignment
- You can filter the Snapshot for Business Units, but note that the Business Unit is of the Person Responsible not of the item
- You can change the Date Range from the settings
- You can exclude items from the chart from the settings
Responsibilities Summary
The summary provides you a quick look at how other people in your organisation are going in Folio, it can also be configured to show how your Business Units are going.
You can Click on any row to drill into that user to see what the exact items are that have those statuses. From here you can click on any number to be taken to a list screen that shows you those items
If you have the summary on Business Unit then when you drill down into the Business Unit you will see the users in that Business Unit and can then drill down again to see what the user's summary is.
- The chart defaults to showing Users, but the summary can be changed to Business Units
- The Summary shows items from all Business Units by default, but you can select any business unit, and the summary will only show items whose Person Responsible is in that Business Unit
- You can also filter the summary for only particular users
- By Default, the chart is filtered to show items due in the current quarter
- Responsibilities can be excluded from the snapshot in the settings
