My Dashboards is the home for all of your custom Dashboards, these dashboards can be ones that you have created yourself or they are ones that have been created by your Super Users and then shared to you.
A My Dashboard allows you to add any Insight or Snapshot from any other Dashboard to create the exact Dashboard you need.
Creating a new My Dashboard
There are two ways to create a My Dashboard, you can copy an existing Dashboard or you can create from scratch.
Create using existing dashboards
To create a new My Dashboard, on the My Dashboards screen click the ‘Create New Dashboard’ button.
Then click on the Copy from Existing Dashboards dropdown, this dropdown contains all Dashboards that you can copy from to create the new dashboard.
Select the dashboard you want to copy and then click Create
You will then be asked to create an name for the new My Dashboard, after you have finished click Create
And you will be taken to your new my Dashboard with all the same snapshots that were on the Dashboard you chose to copy from.
You can also Copy any Dashboard by clicking on the elipsis
And clicking Copy, this will make a copy of the dashboard you are currently on without having to go to the My Dashboards screen.
Create your own
You can also create a personalised dashboard from scratch, on clicking the ‘Create New Dashboard’ button
Then click Create Your Own
Clicking Create Your Own link opens a pop-up screen. Here, you can name your new dashboard and customise it by adding available snapshots from the Home, Risks, Indicators, and Folio dashboards, as well as any available insights.
Then clicking the Create button on the pop-up screen will create your new dashboard, adding all the selected snapshots and insights.
