Folio supports visual reporting for Boards and Management Teams.
The Export to PDF feature enables you to create a PDF of an entire Dashboard which includes snapshots and insight snapshots set up in exactly the order that you need for the Report.
Dashboard Export to PDF has the following features:
- The PDF’s can be created in Landscape or Portrait.
- They can have a different name from the dashboard, if you want to give a title such as “Board Risk Report” or “Management Update.”
- Insight snapshots come with their data tables appended.
- For ease of use, data labels are overlaid on all charts.
To export the Dashboard click on the PDF icon on the top right of the dashboard.
On the Export Dashboard modal, you can change the Name of the Dashboard that is printed on the PDF and choose from the following layout options:
- Landscape: Choose to display either 1 or 4 snapshots per page using the Snapshots on a Page option.
- Portrait: This layout displays 2 snapshots per page.
Note: Folio aims to provide the selected number of snapshots per page. However, the actual outcome may vary due to chart size and type.
The PDF will look like a Folio Report. Your logo will be displayed on the top right corner. The Name will be displayed on every page of the PDF.
All snapshots are shown with data labels, here is an example:
If the Insight is set to show the data table then that Insight table will always be on its own page,
