DocuSign Status report allows you to report on folios(contracts, leases etc.) and the signing status of linked documents requested for signature via DocuSign application.
Using this report you will be able to track the signing status of external signers who belong to other organizations(entities/contacts), internal signers and the Overall signing status of a requested document(called “Envelope” in DocuSign terminology).
To run this report first go to the reports screen by clicking on Reports on the menu bar and then select DocuSign Status report:
The DocuSign Status report by default filters for the documents requested for signing in the current quarter. You can change the Date Requested filter to any date range as per your requirement.
You can also filter the report by the Date Completed or Date Canceled of DocuSign Request if you are specifically looking for the documents which are signed by all or canceled/declined:
The report by default is sorted by Folio Key in an ascending order, again you can choose any other field to sort the report(eg. Entity Name, Contact Name, Envelope, Date Requested etc.).
The default fields on DocuSign Status report are:
- Folio-Key
- Organization Name
- Document Name
- Internal Signers
- External Signers
- SIgned By
- Waiting for Signature
- Signing Status
- Date Requested
You can also add folio, entity and contact fields to DocuSign Status report.
It is important that you filter the report and select only those Folio Templates that you would like to include in your report, so you may choose to include only Contract templates in your report. Additionally you can filter the report for specific Organizations to track the signing status of documents sent to them for signing:
