The Indicators Report allows you to report on indicator questions and their results in a given period of time. The report will show you the results of the indicator questions including their score and threshold they fall under. It can be used to compare and track the result or performance of different providers/stakeholders against the same indicator questions.
You can also add folio fields to this report and can report on them if the indicator checklist is linked to a folio.
To run this report, first go to the report screen by clicking on Reports at the top of the screen, then select Indicators Report:
It is important that you filter the report and select only those Indicators that you would like to include in your report, so you may choose to include only Indicators in the Red Threshold. To do so click on the Filter bar, then select the field you would like to filter the report by, such as Date Range, Indicator, Checklist Questions, etc:
Drag and drop the fields that you would like to include in the report by clicking and holding the ellipsis, and to add more fields start typing in the white box beneath Fields.
You can also sort and group your report by different fields, by default the report is grouped by Question:
The report also allows you to add Folio fields and group the report by them. There could be a scenario where you have indicators checklists linked to a folio record(eg. Risk) and you want to generate a report using folio fields as the base displaying linked indicator questions and their results.
For example the below sample report shows a strategic risk, its rating & controls which are folio fields along with the indicator questions results that are linked to the risk record.
Please Note: If you group the report by any folio field(eg. Key) then the folio fields will not get repeated with every indicator question it is linked to.
You can also include charts of the results in your report by clicking on Summary and Charts and selecting the ones you want:
The Summary will show a table with the number of results in each threshold broken up by Business Unit:
And the chart will show the same thing in a Bar Chart:
