The Overdue Action Report is used to gain an overview of Actions that are currently overdue in your organisation. You can find this report by filtering for Actions in the report section, then clicking on Overdue Actions Report:
When generating an Overdue Actions report there are a number of customisations you can make. You can apply a number of filters to your report such as by Action Category or Person Responsible:
You can do this buy clicking on the Search bar, then selecting a Filter and a Value on the popup that appears:
You can rearrange the fields that you would like to include in the Report by clicking and holding the three dots next to the field name, and to add more fields start to type in the white box beneath Fields. You can also sort and group your report by different fields, for example you can group the report by the Action Category:
You can also add a summary and chart to your report, which you can do by expanding the Summary & Charts section and then ticking the box next to which one you want:
Note that the chart will always be based on Action Priority, but the summary can be based on different options:

Once you have finished setting up your report you can run it as a PDF by clicking on Export, or as a spreadsheet by clicking on the arrow next to Export and selecting Spreadsheet (note that the spreadsheet will not include the summary or chart):
