- To request a Credential from a supplier, click on the Credentials tab of the contract OR if there is a red flag on the contract saying “Not all eligibility criteria met”, you can click on that.
- Select the credentials you would like to request from the Entity or Service Provider by ticking the box next to the Eligibility Criteria. Alternatively, if you would like to select all the criteria, tick the box above the column and all will be selected. Then click Request Credentials.
- A pop up box will be displayed and you will need to input the date by which they need to respond.
The nominated entity contact person in the contract will receive an email overnight with a link where they need to upload their credentials and complete Credential details and Renewal date (if required). If the contract does not have an entity contact person or if the entity contact person does not have an email address, the email notification will be sent to the entity's email address. In the event where the entity and the entity contact do not have email addresses, the email notification will be sent to the super users of the instance.
The supplier or the contact can submit the credential by clicking on the link in the email. In the case of Service Provider Credentials, these can either be completed by accessing the email link or from the "To-Do List".
Once the supplier has submitted the credentials they will receive a receipt that they can export to a PDF if they need.
Your Credential request/s will be visible under the View Credential Requests tab.
