If there is a credential expiring on a contract, a notification is sent to the contract owner. If the entity or the service provider is on multiple contracts, notifications are sent to all those contract owners. The expiring credential will appear the the respective contract owners To Do List:
The contract owner will then need to click on the Credential Renewal button and request the credential renewal by entering a due date:
After the due date is entered and the Create button is clicked a Credential Renewal Request email will be sent out to the entity or service provider allowing them to upload the new credentials. If there are multiple credentials due from the same entity, folio will batch them together if the due date is the same.
