After assigning an Action to a user the assignment can be edited by going to Actions, finding the Action you want and then selecting View Assignment:
You can then edit the assignment by clicking on the Edit button to go to the Full Edit screen:
Or by clicking on the pencil icon next to a field to use Inline Edit:
Note: When editing the due date of an assignment the behavior is different depending on whether or not the assignment is repeated:
- Repeated:
Changing the due date will only change the dates of all the repeats in the future. If there are future action results with due date greater than the new due date, these will be deleted. If there are "In Progress" items with a future date, these will be deleted and action results will commence from the new date. Any repeats with due dates in the past, whether the repeats have been completed or are overdue, will not have their dates changed. If the results were overdue and "In Progress" these will not be deleted as they relate to past action results and need to be completed. - Not Repeated:
Can have it's date changed regardless of whether its current due date is in the past or the future.
