Checklists are made up of the following components:
- Checklist: The checklist is a set of questions. Examples of checklists have been provided above.
Checklist Review: Some checklists can be set up with Review Questions that need to be completed by Reviewers after the Checklist itself has been completed. - Checklist Assignment: This is the assignment of a checklist to be completed by one or more users. Checklists could be assigned to these users by a user with rights OR the Checklist Create Link could be used to allow users to self assign checklists to themselves.
- The Checklist Result: A checklist may be assigned to a user to be completed at a particular recurrence such as annually. Each time the user completes the checklist, this is called a Checklist Result. The Checklist Result may also include the Checklist Review Results.
