To set up a checklist review, click on the checklist that you wish to set up a review for. Click Edit on the Checklist Details screen.
Scroll down to the Review section.
Under Reviewers Settings you can pick either Checklist Reviewers or Assignment Reviewers, This article explains how to setup Checklist Reviewers. For more information about the review options see here
The default settings for Checklist reviews will be displayed, these can now be edited if necessary.
Number of Review Stages
You can select the number of review stages you would like your checklist to have, A checklist can have at most 10 stages. The number of stages available is set by your checklist defaults.
You can edit the names of any stages if required.
Reviewers are the users who will review the checklist at each stage.
It can also be set up by business unit.
The review will be now be assigned to a different user depending on what business unit the checklist was assigned with.
Note: Each Review Stage must have at least one reviewer.
Complete Review is how long after the previous stage is completed this stage must be complete (For the first stage this is how long after the checklist is completed).
If the review needs to occur immediately, type 0 into the number of days.
Notification before the Due Date controls the notifications to the reviewer(s) before the due date for the review
Notification after the Due Date controls the notifications to the reviewer(s) after the due date for the review
Once the review settings have been completed, click on Update.
