The features in the March 2023 Release are available from 25 March 2023. Here is the list of key features:
Pie Charts
We have expanded the chart options available in our Insights feature. Insights now support the ability to create donut-style pie charts based on any single, multi-select or hierarchy field.

Move to stage feature in workflow
Workflow thus far allows you to move to the immediate next stage. You can now skip to a stage of your choice using the move to stage feature.

Totals on Reports
The Folio Report Template and the Linked Folios Report now include Totals for numeric fields on Tables and Grand Totals.

New Policy & Procedure Documents Features
We have introduced several new features for Policy & Procedure Documents. They are:
Publishing Approvers for Documents
You may now set up an approval process before a new Document or a new version of an existing Document is published. Publishing Approvers are Folio users who must approve a Document before it is published. Publishing Approvers will always approve a Document one after another in the sequence that they have been selected to approve the Document. We understand that every Document is different and so every Document can have its own set of publishing approvers.
Draft Documents when creating a new Document
The draft Document feature has now been expanded to support Drafts for new Documents and not just Documents in review. A new draft tab has also been introduced on the Document List Screen to enable you to easily view all drafts and their approval status.

Notes on Documents & Draft Documents
Folio now supports notes on Documents and Drafts. Notes made on a version of a Document throughout its lifecycle including when it was a draft are archived with that version of the Document when it is superseded.
Draft Documents Report & Reporting on Approval Status for Drafts
A new report called the Draft Documents Report is now available. This report will allow you to filter on the approval status of drafts.
Folio Template Features
We have made the following feature improvements on Folio Templates:
Create a New Field button
You can now bypass the field library and create a new field on a Folio Template by clicking on Create a New Field.
Field Type Labels
Field Type labels on field names in the field library, now tell you what field type a field is and which Templates the field has been used on.
Add a field directly to an existing section or table
You can now select fields from the library and then select the section or table that you would like to add these fields to.
Import fields to a Folio Template using a CSV
You can now set up a Folio Template and import the fields and the visibility for the template using a CSV file.

Improved Folio Notes Snapshot
The improved Folio Notes Snapshot on the Home Dashboard now tells you the Key and the Title of the Folio that each Note relates to.
@mention from Checklist Results comments
You can now @mention another user from comments on Checklist results. This would be a great way to draw someone’s attention to comments on an inspection/ audit
