The Action Person Responsible Status field displays the list of all the persons responsible for an action and their individual action status. For example if there are two persons responsible (Sumeet & Andri) for an action and both must complete it, then the Person Responsible Status field will display their names and their individual action status.
In this example Sumeet has completed the action but Andri is still doing it.
Please Note: The Overall status of the action is still doing.
The Action Person Responsible Status field is available on the Action Results list screen and on Action Results report, Overdue Actions report & Risk Action Results report.
The Action Person Responsible Status field is useful to filter and generate a list of due or incomplete actions along with persons responsible who have not started or completed the action. Also you can use this field to filter for other available person responsible action status (Not Started, Doing, Done, Cannot Complete, Delayed).
