Document Review Status report lists the review status of all available documents in Folio which are visible under the Documents List screen and Hub. This report is used to track the status ( i.e Not Started, In Progress, Done & Overdue), updates and the reviewer of a document review.
This report applies the access rights of a user i.e. a user will be able to generate Document Review Status Report only for the documents he has access to or he is a reviewer of.
This report lists the review status of all available documents in Folio which are visible under the Documents List screen and Hub.
The default fields of this report are:
- Key
- Title
- Person Responsible
- Document Type
- Version
- Updates
- Review Due Date
- Available For Review Date
- Review Status
- Completed By
The report by default is filtered for Review Due Date in Current Month & sorted by Key in an ascending order.
All fields available on a Document record can be added to this report.
All available Document Review fields can be added to this report.
The report can be filtered on all available Document fields.
Please Note: There can be multiple reviews available on the same document, in that scenario a document record will be repeated in multiple rows, each row displaying a document review.
The report also has a Summary table displaying summary of In Progress, Done, Not Started and Overdue reviews based on Person Responsible in a selected period.
The Summary if required can also be further segregated by Document Category:
