Our July 2021 release contains several new features including:

Hub

Hub is a new way for users to view and search for Policy and Procedure Documents in Folio. Document Categories can have their own unique colour and icon making it easy to find what you are looking for.

We have also introduced a persistent share link for each document that doesn’t change even if the document is replaced and statistics on document usage.

Composed Documents

Composed documents are an old feature in Folio that has been given a refresh. This feature allows you to compose a policy or procedure document within Folio and share it out to users or make it publicly accessible.

Composed documents boast a new look and also include complete version histories.

Launchpads

Launchpads now let you include documents and instructions in addition to public link and create link forms.

Signature Field

The new signature field allows you to add a signature block onto your Folios and Checklists.

Actions Linked to Questions on Checklists

When completing checklists you are now able to upload evidence, add comments and link an action to a checklist question.

Once the action is linked to the question any assignment of the action will show the answer right in the action regardless of the user's access rights.

Switching off Built-in Notifications on Folio Templates

Built-in Notifications on a Folio Template can now be switched off or on as required.

LexisNexis Alerts Report

A new report for users with the LexisNexis API to see Alerts in a consolidated report.
