Super Users can permanently delete Folio records. Deleting a record, also deletes:
- Notes
- Attachments
- Credentials
- Risk reviews
- History
You cannot delete a Folio Record:
- if it is linked to an deliverables or Indicators checklist.
- if it is a Variation or
- if it is a Folio record that has linked Variations.
The Key of every Folio record is unique and if the record is permanently deleted, the Key is not reused for another record.
Turning on Delete
On a Folio Template Screen, Click on the settings accordion and scroll down to find the option Ability to Delete Folios. By default this setting will be set to No, change to Yes to activate the ability for super users to delete Folio records
Deleting a Folio
On the Folio you want to delete, Click on the ellipsis on the details tab and click Permanently Delete
The Confirmation message will appear, prompting you for a reason for deletion. You will also be asked to enter the key of the Folio as a confirmation
Click I understand the consequences to permanently delete the Folio record After deleting a Folio you will be taken to the Deleted Folios History list, which contains the history of all Folios that have been deleted.
Deleting Multiple Records
On a list of Folios Use the checkboxes to select the Folios you want to delete Click on the Tools (spanner) icon, then click Permanently Delete Folios.
You will then have to provide a reason for deleting the records And will need to enter the number of records you are deleting to confirm
Deleted Folios History
Once a Folio record is deleted, it will be recorded in the Deleted Folios History.
You will find the list on the admin screen under Deleted Folios History. This list provides the key and title of the deleted Folios.
You are unable to view the information of the Deleted Folios

You are able to delete a maximum of 100 Folio records at a time.
