Note: The expanded tables feature is only available for tables that are using the Horizontal Layout, Multiple Row style. For more information on setting up tables click here.
The expanded tables feature allows users to perform a number of operations on tables that are not available from the normal table view such as as filtering and reordering table rows.
To see the expanded table view, go to the Folio you want to edit and scroll to the table you want:
Then to expand the table click on the Expand Table button, or the Add a new row link next to that if you want to start adding new rows immediately:
Note: If your table has more than 10 rows then you won't be able to see it from the Folios details screen, the only way to see it is either from Edit mode on the Folio, or by expanding the table.
When you click on the expand table button a popup will appear that looks like this:
The expanded table displays the total number of rows. Each page can show up to 50 rows. If there are more than 50 rows, pagination buttons will appear for navigation.
You can add rows to the table by clicking the blue + button. Depending on the table's configuration, the button may appear at the top or bottom.
To delete rows, click the bin icon. If the table contains more than 50 rows, an ellipsis icon will appear instead of the bin.
Under the ellipsis you will see below options:
-
Move To:
- Next Page
- Previous Page
- Delete
Clicking ‘Next Page’ or ‘Previous Page’ on a row will move that row to the beginning of the next or previous page, respectively.
If you are on the first page, only the ‘Next Page’ option will be visible. If you are on the last page, only the ‘Previous Page’ option will be available.
If you want to search the table, hover over the column you want to search, and a search icon will appear. In below example see the icon next to ‘State’ field:
Then, click the search icon to open the filter modal. In the filter modal, enter the value you want to search for in the table and click the ‘Apply’ button.
Clicking the 'Apply' button will filter the table to display only the rows that match your search input.
If you want to rearrange rows in your table you can do so by clicking and dragging the 3 dots on the left side of the row:

Note: If you have added or rearranged rows in the table, then upon closing the expanded view the folio will refresh to apply these changes.
