Click on the Admin Gear Wheel and select Users.
Then click on + New User:
Then on the screen that appears select Lite User under User Type:
Then fill out the details for the Lite User. Note that the Lite User does not need to be attached to an entity:
If the Lite User is to be attached to an Entity, then after selecting which entity you want several other fields will appear for you to fill out:
These fields are:
- Select Lite User: Choose which Contact to attach the Lite User to, or attach the user to the Entity itself. This option determines the Lite Users Sign-In email.
- Greeting Name: The name used in notifications sent to the Lite User.
- Lite User Access Rights: There are two options for this, Lite User, which means the user has rights only to Actions/Checklists assigned to them, and Team Leader, which means this Lite User has access to every Action/Checklist assigned to any Lite User associated with this entity.
Note: An entity can have many Lite Users associated with it, as long as each one is attached to a different contact for that entity.
The password does not need to be created for the lite user here. When you send a welcome email or the generate random password email it takes the user through setting up a password for their new account.
Select a business Unit that the Lite User will be associated with (if no particular business unit is required, select the name of the Organisation).
To create the user click on Create or Create and New to add an additional lite user.
