Roles based access rights
Folio introduces Roles based access rights. The application enables you to do the following:
- Create custom roles
- Add and remove users in roles
- Modify roles and the new access rights apply to all users within the role.
- Easy ways to subscribe user's to roles in bulk

Ability to provide access rights by Business Unit
Folio now allows you to provide access right by business unit. This functionality will allow you to do the following:
- Provide access to Folios based on the business unit the Folio relates to.
- Allow action and checklist assignments only to users in particular business units.
- Restrict access to action and checklist results based on business units that the result relates to.
