We are bringing in the new year with some great new features. Here are the details:
MergeDocs - Merge anything in Folio to a Word Document
You can now create crisp, no errors contracts, letters to suppliers and customers or reports and other documents straight from Folio using our new MergeDocs feature. With a few easy steps you can create any document with no fuss.
All you need to start with is a word document with MergeTags in it. Upload the document to Folio and decide in which stages you want the MergeDoc available for the user to use. When the user has the necessary approvals they can simply click the Merge button to generate the Folio MergeDoc.

Risk Assessment
With the addition of our new risk assessment functionality Folio is now a full Governance Risk and Compliance software. You can manage not just Contracts but also Incidents, Audits and Compliance all in the one easy to use software.

Approval Status
Folio now includes a new traffic light on the search screen of each Folio to display the current approval status of that Folio.
To view the approval status, click on columns and then add approval status.
Eligibility Status
We have also included a new traffic light for whether a service providers meet the required credential eligibility criteria or not.
To view eligibility status, click on columns and then add eligibility status.

Edit all Folio fields inline
A user can now edit any Folio field inline simply by clicking on it. No need to click on the Edit button at the top of the screen. Just click on the Edit icon that appears when you hover over a field.

Closing Folios in bulk
As part of our bulk tools Folio now enables you to select multiple Folio and close them in one action.
