When you are designing the layout of a Folio record it is useful to preview it to see what it looks like to a user. The Preview Feature in the Fields tab of the Folio Template let you do this.
Click on the Admin gear wheel, go to Folio Templates and then select the Template you want. On that Template, go to the Fields Tab and select the Preview button to preview the Template.
The preview is displayed with a drop down at the top that allows you to select each stage in the Folio Templates Workflow so that you can see the fields in each of those stages.
Sometime you may need to print the preview, you can do this by clicking on the arrow next to the preview button and selecting Export to PDF.
