If you are setting up a template and you want to add the risk assessment matrix onto the template but can't see the Add Risk Matrix button on the Fields tab of Folio Templates, please contact Kwela Support on support@kwelasolutions.com. Our Risk module needs to be switched on for your database and that can only be done by the Support team.
