When you are using the Address field in Merge Docs you can either select the address field as a whole (this appears as Entity Name - Address in the Field Name) or you can choose the individual lines of the address field, for example Entity Name - Address - Line 1, Entity Name - Address - Line 2, Entity Name - Address - Suburb)
