To generate Mergedocs in bulk instead of individually on each Folio, first click on the Folios tab on the top of the screen and select which Folio Template you want to generate Mergedocs for:
Then on the search screen for that template tick the box next to the Folios you will be generating the Mergedocs for, then click on the MergeDocs button:
Then on the Bulk Mergedocs window you will need to select the Mergedoc template you want to use (it has to be the same for all of the Folios you have selected), the file format you want (either DOCX or PDF) and you will have to schedule when you want the Mergedocs to be generated. Note that this will need to be scheduled outside of business hours:
You can also choose to have a copy of these Mergedocs sent to yourself in an email by selecting Copy to Creator. If the Folio you are generating the Mergedoc for has an Entity associated with it then you can select Send to Entities to have a copy of the Mergedoc generated sent to the Entities email address.
When you are finished filling out the details select Schedule Merge. To see what Bulk Merges are scheduled or have been completed, click on the arrow next to the MergeDocs button and select View MergeDocs:
Then to view more details about a particular Bulk Merge, or to download the generated Mergedocs click on the Status button for that Bulk Merge:
