You can export business units, locations, programs and risk classifications from the Administration screen of Folio. The export is helpful when you are moving them from sandbox to production(vice versa) or want to update the existing structure of any of these fields. For e.g. there is a major business unit restructuring happening in your organization, you can export the business unit structure into a CSV file, then update the structure and import it back into Folio.
To export business units, locations, programs and risk classifications go to the Admin screen and click on the respective field section which you want to export.
On the field screen (for e.g. Business Units) you will be able to see the Export All button
Clicking on the Export All button will export all business units into a CSV file
