Folio allows you to import fields itself that appear on Folio Templates, the following data rules apply to the spreasheet that enables you to import these fields
These are a number of data import rules that apply to importing Folio Fields that you should be aware of:

| Scale Step | A value of 1 in a scale of 0 = 5 will mean the user can select 0, 1,2,3, 4,5 as permissible answers. If the value is set as 5, then only 0 to 5 can be selected. | 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ,etc |
| Scale Default Response | If no response is selected, what should be the default selection. The Scale Start will mean 0, the end will be maximum value. | Scale Start Scale End |

You are also able to set the visibility of the fields in each of the stages on your template. To do this you will first need to have the stages already created on your template, and then on the import sheet add a column for each stage you are wanting to set visibility against. Then in row for the field simply list the visibilitiy (Mandatory, Hidden, Read Only) and then the field will be set to that visibility in that stage.
Note by default fields are set to optional so you are able to leave those ones blank.
