Contracts in Folio can have more than one entity attached to them if there is more than one counterparty to the contract. To do this, when creating a new contract with an Entity field start typing the entities name in the search box and select the entity you want, and repeat this process for each entity you require:
The same can be done for Contact Persons. Then click create.
After the contract is created each of the entities will be listed on the Details tab:
When checking eligibility criteria for moving a contract to the next stage the criteria will be checked against each of the entities you have associated the contract with. For more information on eligibility criteria follow this link for administrator help, or this link for user help.
