For a new import list each of the new values on each row of the import template, for each import the only mandatory field is Title.
For updating existing values add the values onto each row with their current name in the Title column, if you are updating the title of the value (IE renaming an location) then put the new title into the New Title column.
Once you have completed your spreadsheet, save it and click on Upload Data, then select new or existing
Then simply drag the CSV file or click on the Add files button to select the CSV file and click on Start Upload.
The import facility will then create and validate the file.
A page will then be displayed which will list all the records to be imported. It will indicate whether the records are OK or whether there are any errors in the system (please refer to the What to do if there are errors in my import article for how to deal with errors).
If all records are OK, click on Import and the records will be imported.
After a successful import you will get a listing of Imported Records showing the details of the records and the number of successfully imported records.
