To edit Action Priorities in the Admin section, select Action Priorities.
You are able to change the name of priorities by clicking on the name of the priority and typing in a new name and selecting the tick.
You can change the Action Priority colour by clicking on the colour and either choosing a colour from our colour palette or putting in a new HTML colour code (you can search for these using any HTML Colour picker e.g. http://html-color-codes.info/).
You are also able to create a new level of priority by clicking on + New Action Priority and putting in the new details and clicking on Create. Once you have created your new priority, drag and drop to re-order the priorities (using the three vertical dots in the side of the priority rating).
