Our standard Action Responses can be edited by clicking on the Admin Gearwheel and selecting Action Responses.
It is mandatory to have at least 3 responses - an In Progress response, a Positive response and a Negative response. The default language that is used in Folio is Doing, Done and Cannot Do.
To edit these responses, click on the title of the response and type in the new value. Tick to save the new value.
You can change the Action Response colour by clicking on the colour and either choosing a colour from our colour palette or putting in a new HTML colour code (you can search for these using any HTML Colour picker e.g. http://html-color-codes.info/).
You are also able to create a new Action Response by clicking on + New Action Response and putting in the new details, selecting whether it is an In Progress, Positive, or Negative response and clicking on Create. Once you have created your new response, drag and drop to re-order the priorities (using the three vertical dots in the side of the priority rating).
