Your Folio Administrator may have set up Merge document templates (MergeDocs) for your type of Folio, for example there may be a Schedule to a contract that you are able to generate from Folio when a contract has moved into a particular stage.
You will see the MergeDoc on the right hand side of the Folio details tab. You are able to click on the down arrow to merge the template document with the contents of the Folio into either a PDF or a DOCX file.
You can also generate a new MergeDoc from a Folio (contract, risk, register or incident) at any stage by clicking on +Create a New MergeDoc. Full details on how to create a new merge document are available in the article How do I create a MergeDoc?
