What is a Launchpad?
Launchpads are portals that let you give users access to exactly the information that they need without having to search for it in Folio.
Launchpads allow you to share Forms, Policy & Procedures, Checklists and other business critical data to a group of users. You can build any number of launchpads, here are a few examples:
- Quality Risk & Compliance Launchpad: This launchpad enables the QRC team to share forms such as the incident form, feedback form and more as well as relevant policies and procedures on one launchpad.
- Standard Operating Procedures Launchpad: Site specific launchpads that share SOPs & Work Instructions for a particular site can be created. The launchpad can be accessed via a QR code published at site for both Staff and Contractors to access.
- Information Security Launchpad: A launchpad that highlights information security policies and procedures, incident reporting forms, access request forms and more.
