Before targets can be set up for a deliverable checklist it needs to be attached to a Folio. Note that while a deliverable checklist itself can be linked to many Folios, a deliverable checklist assignment can only be linked to one Folio.
To link them first navigate to the Folio you want to link the checklist to, then select the Deliverables tab:
Then click on the blue + button to select a checklist:
You will be shown a list of deliverables checklists in your system. Select the one(s) you want and click Add:
