Hierarchy fields are used to set up the possible responses in a tree structure.
To create a Hierarchy field simply select the Hierarhcy type from the type dropdown. You’ll notice there is no Answers options shown (like there is for A single or multi select),
These will appear after you have clicked create you will see the modal below.
Now you can enter the answers you want for the hierarchy, note that these will all be on the same level so we recommend you do your top level items first.
Once you have entered everything click add and you will see the answers all as top level answers
If you click on an answer you can edit, remove or deactivate the answer.
To add new Answers click on + New, If you want to add the answers as children to a Answer select the Parent answer. If you want to add them as top level answers click the x on the parent box.
