Expanded Table View
This release we have done a revamp of tables to improve performance for large tables and make tables more flexible for users by including the ability to filter out row when viewing a table, and allowing users to rearrange the table rows:

Custom Repeats for Actions and Checklist Assignments

Reports Enhancements
New Reports Interface
We have made it easier to access and create reports this release by creating a new reports screen that users can use to search and filter for the reports they want:
This screen can also be used to bookmark and create new reports. For more information on the new Reports UI click here.
Reports Categories
As part of the new reports UI we have added Report Categories to Folio. This allows you to group similar reports together to make it easier to find reports:

Checklist Schedule & Status Report
Overdue Checklist Report
This release includes a new Report called the Overdue Checklist Report that is used to gain an overview of checklists that are currently overdue in your organisation. This report includes summaries and charts of overdue checklists:

Overdue Action Report
We have also included a new report for gaining an overview of actions that are overdue in your organisation. The Overdue Action Report also includes summaries and charts similar to the Overdue Checklist Report:

Risk Action Framework Report
This new report has been added to give you the ability to get a list of risks in your organisation, and the actions and action assignments linked to those risks:

Folio Notes Report
The Folio Notes Report is a new report that shows a list of Folios in your organisation and the most recent notes that have been added against those Folios:

Draft Folios
Save as Draft
Draft Folios will not appear in reports or the Folio list, and can be deleted permanently if they are not needed. For more information Save as Draft:

Public Link Prepopulation
This new feature lets you generate a URL that can be used to prepopulate fields in a public link with data, so when a user accesses the public link these fields are already filled in, but can be edited if need be:

More Enhancements
Link Folio while assigning Actions and Checklists
We have added the ability to link an action or checklist assignment to a Folio while you are making the assignment.
Link Folios individually through Bulk Assignment
Not only can you link Folios while making bulk assignments of Actions and Checklists, you can also link each individual assignment that is made to a different Folio(s):

Ability to increase number of results on list view
On any list screen in Folio (Folios, Users, Entities etc) you are now able to change the number of results per page from 25, to either 50 or up to 100:
The default will be 25 results per page.
Notes Enhancements
We have made a change to the way notes are handled on Folios. Notes are now expanded by default when opening a Folio, and can be collapsed if needed:
We have also made a change to the Notes Snapshot so that it is paginated, and only the 5 most recent notes are displayed at a time.
