The maximum file size for attachments is 100 MB.
Tip: If you need to attach a larger document, then you can hyperlink to the document by clicking on the down arrow next to Upload Attachments which will display 3 options - Upload Attachments, Hyperlinks, Link to Existing. Click on Hyperlinks and paste in the document location.
