You can use the Folio Action Results Report to make a report of folio records in your organization and any actions (including their due dates, status) that have been linked to them.
You can find this report under Reports, then Built in Reports:
It is important that you filter the report by folio templates that you would like to include in your report, for example you want to run a report on Incidents and actions linked to them then you can filter for the Incident template. If you are just looking for actions which fall in a specific category then you can further filter the report on an action category.
You may add fields from the selected folio template which you would like to include in the report and drag and drop the fields to order them in the sequence you prefer. By default the folio fields will be placed first followed by the action fields. You can add any folio field and any action, action assignment or action result field to this report. You can also sort and group your report by different fields based on your requirement.
You can Export this report to PDF or Spreadsheet, to export the report to PDF, just click on Export OR click on the chevron and select PDF. To run the report as a spreadsheet, select spreadsheet and a CSV file will be exported.
