Send back to Submitter
Approvers now have the ability to send folios that have been submitted through the public link back to the submitter if there are any problems. The submitter can then amend the form and resubmit for the approvers to check:

Setting minimum and maximum character lengths on short text fields
Short text fields can now be customised by setting a minimum and maximum character length, and specifying the format as accepting either both text and numbers, or just numeric:
This can be useful when using the field for things such as account or BSB numbers. For more information how this feature works click here.
The ability to sort and filter attachments on a Folio
The attachments tab for a Folio has been brought in line with the other search screens in Folio, which allows you to now sort & filter the attachment list the same as you would use sort & filter anywhere else:
Attachments design refresh
On top of this change to the attachments tab we have also redesigned the way attachments appear on a Folio:
The attachment boxes have been optimised to better fit on the screen. If there are multiple attachments in a table field then they are collapsed into the one button that can be expanded.
Risk Action Results Report
We have added a new report to Folio that can show you a list of risks in your organisation and any Actions that have been linked to them:
For instructions on how to run this report click here.
Move a Folio back multiple stages in one go
A folio can now be moved backwards multiple stages in one go, instead of having to move back one stage at a time:

Add questions from multiple checklists into one report
If you have a checklist question that is used across multiple checklists, you can now run a report showing the responses to that question across the different checklists using the Checklist Schedule & Status Report:
For instructions on setting up this report click here.
The ability to filter tables in a Folio
When filtering for a field in a table, either on a search screen or for a report, now instead of showing the whole table, only the rows that match your filter will be displayed:
First view a Folio before you approve or reject
We've made some changes to the approval process when going through the To Do List to approve or reject a folio. Now when clicking on the status button for a Folio Approval in the To Do List the popup shows a View option to be taken to the Folio you are approving:
Instead of showing the Approve or Reject buttons. This ensures that approvers go over the Folio they are approving before they approver or reject it.
